Shipping, returns and exchanges
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 17.30 will be shipped same day. All orders placed after 17.30 will be shipped next business day. You will receive a tracking email as soon as the order is shipped.
How long does delivery take?
We aim to get your order to you as fast as possible. All in stock items are shipped same or next day.
Denmark: Delivery with GLS or Postnord takes 1-2 business days (next-day delivery). Packages are also delivered on Saturdays - only valid for delivery to pick-up points.
Europe: Delivery with Postnord MyPack / Domestic carrier takes 2-4 business days.
Rest of the world: Delivery with Postnord MyPack / Domestic carrier takes 5-7 business days.
Delivery for pre-order items may vary from 3 - 10 business days before dispatch.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.

Shipping cost depends on what zone you are in. Below you can see the different zones and the shipping cost for your country.

Zone 1: Sweden, Belgium, France, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Poland, Germany, Finland, Monaco - 7,95€

Shipping prices for orders above 2-10kg can vary depending on destination country.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based upon the weight of your order and the destination country.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Odense, Denmark.
Can I track my order?
Yes, all orders are shipped with Track & Trace included. As soon as your order is shipped, you will automatically receive your tracking number via email.
All orders are shipped with insurance aswell.
Do you offer free shipping?
Currently we only offer free shipping in Denmark on orders over 600DKK.

Can i return my order?
Yes, we always offer a 14-day return policy when you shop with us! We only accept returns if the item is still in it's original packaging and are not used.

Yes, you can exchange items in your order for other items if you wish. Just reach out to us on info@unmarket.eu and we'll find a exchange solution for you.
Can i refund my order?
Yes, after returning your order you are able to choose between refund, exchange, giftcard or store credit.

Product questions
How do I know which size to choose?
You will always be able to find a size guide on the product page. On each clothing item there will be measurements in the product description.
If you are in doubt go with your normal size. You can size up for a more oversized fit and size down for a thighter fit.

Are your products new?
We sell a wide range of products some are brand new and some are vintage, upcycled or special products that is secondhand. Condition is mentioned in the product description and if nothing is mentioned it means that the product is brand new.
Sneakers & Footwear:
All of our footwear products are brand new and never used before.
Clothing & Apparel:
We sell both brand new and secondhand items such as vintage, upcycled and special items. The condition will always be stated in the product description on the product page, so you know exactly the condition of the product. If the condition is mentioned, the product is new.
Are your products authentic?
Yes, all our products is verified authentic and hand inspected before being published to the website. We only deal with suppliers that are trusted within the industry.
We verify all products when they arrive at our warehouse. We carefully check all items in-hand to ensure the authenticity. We use different authenticity checking methods such as cross referencing, black light and more.

How do I place an order?
We made it as easy as possible for you. The process is the same as most online webshops.
1. Find your desired items
2. Add the items to cart by pressing "add to cart" on the product page.
3. Open the cart in the top right corner and press "checkout"
4. Fill out your information, select shipping and payment method.
5. Press "complete order".
Afterwards you will receive your order confirmation via email.
Can I change or cancel my order after purchase?
Yes to both. If a mistake happened or you want to add more items to your order feel free to contact us at info@unmarket.eu and we'll help you as quick as possible.

I didn’t receive my order confirmation. What should I do?
If you didn't receive a order confirmation within 5 minutes after completing the order, please contact us at info@unmarket.eu and we'll make sure you receive it.
Remember to check your spam folder, so times it ends up there.
