Right of Withdrawal, Returns, and Warranty.

As a customer, you have a 14-day right of return when you shop at UNMARKET. The return period of 14 days starts on the day the order is received. If your order contains multiple items delivered individually, the return period starts from the date each order is received.

You must inform us within 14 days of receiving the order that you wish to withdraw your purchase. The notification must be sent by email to: info@unmarket.eu. In your message, you must clearly indicate that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal cannot be used for items where the original packaging has been broken, as the item can no longer be sold as new.

You must receive the item before you can exercise your right of withdrawal unless otherwise agreed. You are responsible for any return costs.

Note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to used products, mystery boxes and vintage kilo deals unless otherwise agreed. (The condition of the item is always described on the product page.)

Note: If you need to exchange for a different size/model, simply return them and write which size/model they should be exchanged for on the return form. You only need to contact us beforehand if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Condition of the item when returned

You are responsible for any decrease in the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. In other words, you can try the item as you would in a physical store, but you must not put it into actual use.

The shoebox is considered part of the product and must be received in the same condition as it was delivered. A damaged shoebox can also be considered a decrease in value. (Any pre-damaged shoebox will be indicated on the product page under NOTE.) Shoelaces attached to the shoes are also considered part of the product. If attached shoelaces are removed, this can be considered a decrease in value.

If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that upon withdrawal of the purchase, you will only receive a partial or no refund of the purchase amount. It is solely up to Undefined Market to assess the condition of the item.

Warranty

There is a 2-year warranty on products according to Danish law. The warranty applies to all defects in software, material, and manufacture. Complaints regarding defects and deficiencies must be reported to Undefined Market within a reasonable time after receiving the item. Here, a maximum of 1-2 months is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. The warranty is voided in case of incorrect or unusual use of the product.

Returns are not accepted if sent COD.

Refunds

Refund of orders is agreed upon by using either the right of withdrawal or warranty.
