ABOUT US
Who is UNMARKET?
UNMARKET (Formerly known as Undefined Market) was founded in august 2020 by Jonas Elbæk. UNMARKET started because of a passion for sneakers and streetwear-clothing. At the time it was hard to find a place to buy limited/rare sneakers and streetwear-clothing in Denmark and Europe for that matter, so we've decided to start UNMARKET with the goal of creating a one-stop-shop for all apparel, sneakers and other random stuff relating to the culture. Our focus have and will always be to make it as easy as possible for you, the customer, to shop rare sneakers and clothing. At the start we mostly had our focus on sneakers and everything related to sneakers, but a slight shift happened in 2023. In 2023 and forward we try to incorporate our passion for streetwear-clothing, vintage and upcycled garments much more. Looking at the fashion titans we never see any relation to doing thing sustainable or in a eco-friendly way. That's why we focus on being as sustainable as possible when creating clothing. "Only 1% of all clothing gets upcycled every year" We aim to get that number higher with our upcycled collections. Approx. 90 tons of textile ends up in land fields every year, so we try the best we can to recycle, upcycle and focus on vintage clothing to give them a new life instead of ending in a land fields.
SHIPPING, RETURNS & PAYMENT
What shipping methods are available?
We use different shipping company so you can choose your preferred one. Shipping methods depends on what country you are buying from.
Our shipping methods:
Denmark:
- GLS - Choose between Pickup Point and Home Delivery.
Europe:
- Postnord (will be handed over to your domestic courier)
- GLS - Pickup Point
- UPS - Pickup Point
Rest of the world:
- Postnord (will be handed over to your domestic courier)
- UPS - Pickup Point
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Denmark.
How much does shipping cost?
ENJOY FREE SHIPPING ON ALL QUALIFYING ORDERS:
- Denmark - orders over 800 DKK
- United States - orders over $320 USD
- Europe - orders over €250 EUR
- United Kingdom - orders over £250 GBP
- Norway - orders over 3200 NOK
- Sweden - orders over 1500 SEK
- Canada - orders over $350 CAD
- Rest of the World - orders over $420 USD
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based upon the weight of your order and the destination country.
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 1PM (Mon-Fri) the same day, orders placed after this time will be shipped the next working day.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Denmark.
How long will it take to get my package?
We aim to get your order to you as fast as possible. All orders are sent with insurance and Track & Trace.
Denmark: Delivery with GLS takes 1-2 business days (next-day delivery). Order before 1 pm and receive your package the next day. GLS packages are also delivered on Saturdays - only valid for delivery to pick-up points.
Europe: Delivery with GLS, UPS or Domestic carrier takes 3-5 business days.
Rest of the world: Delivery with UPS or Domestic carrier takes 5-7 business days.
Delivery for pre-order items may vary from 3 - 10 business days before dispatch.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we deliver to most internationally countries with GLS, UPS and Domestic carrier. Shipping takes between 5-7 business days worldwide and 3-5 business days within Europe.
If we dont deliver to your country feel free to contact us and we can arrange a special delivery for you.
Can i track my package?
Yes, all orders are shipped with Track & Trace included. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will automatically receive your tracking number via email.
All orders are shipped with insurance aswell.
Can i return my order?
Yes, we always offer a 14-day return policy when you shop with us! We only accept returns if the item is still in it's original packaging and are not used.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept a range of payment methods to give you the possibility to chose your preferred one.

Is buying online safe?
Yes, we only use approved payment providers that use SSL encryption technology to protect your personal and payment information during checkout.

OUR PRODUCTS
Are your products new?
We sell a wide range of products some are brand new and some are vintage, upcycled or special products that is second hand.
- All of our footwear products are brand new and never used before.
- We sell both brand new and second hand items such as vintage, upcycled and special items.
- The condition will always be stated under "Product Details" on the product page, so you know exactly the condition of the product.
Are your products authentic?
Yes, all our products is verified authentic. We only deal with suppliers that are trusted within the industry.
We verify all products when they arrive at our warehouse. We carefully check all items in-hand to ensure the authenticity. We use different authenticity checking methods such as cross referencing, black light and more.

Can i sell to UNMARKET?
Yes, we are always buying.
We are mainly interested in limited edition footwear, streetwear and vintage pieces in great condition.
